FTD Hot Pad

After feeling  general disgust for bland hot pads in our kitchen, I decided to make a hot pad out of an old piece of a pallet.

We use this thing almost every day.  It’s perfect for setting your water pot while pouring over your coffee, and then it’s the best to set your chemex glass pot on after you are done brewing.

Or use it for anything you need to keep safe while its hot.

We sand it smooth, brand it with our hammer & shovel logo and then put a nice clear finish over the top.  We put little feet on the bottom so it won’t mar your awesome countertop.

We’ll keep it inexpensive for ya.  Have one for yourself, or give one as a gift.
